The Online Masterclass on Quality Excellence in Care is a programme for middle to senior management leaders, based on the case-study model of England’s largest not for profit provider of housing and care for older people.
Course recipients will get first hand insights and learn from Anchor Hanover’s CEO about the business, operational and governance responsibilities of managing multiple facilities in a regulated, high profile sector.
